We hired an RV from Road Bear and loved the experience. It’s the best way to do a roadtrip in the US. Vehicles were immaculate - new, spacious and have had everything you could want. Service on pick-up was excellent and we were very appreciative of the recommendations that Isaias gave us.

We already booked twice by Road Bear and we will definitely do it again! The staff is simply great, the pickup and drop-off by the airport has always worked perfectly. The RVs were always very clean and had everything we needed. The first time we even crossed the USA from New York to L. A. (we drove about 10 thousand miles) and never had an issue. Their support by phone was always ready to answer our questions. I can definitely recommend them, we will never change our preferred partner for rv-road trips in the USA.

We had a great holiday with our RV rented at Road Bear RV rentals. The employees are very friendly and our RV was in New condition. It was spacious enough for our family of 5.

I recently rented an RV from Road Bear, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The RV was new and in excellent condition, and Hector and his staff made sure I was well informed of the operation and amenities of the vehicle. They accommodated my schedule and allowed me to pick it up in the morning, which allowed us to get on the road sooner than we expected. There were absolutely no issues with the vehicle during our trip, and we found that it more than accommodated all of our needs. The drop off process was simple, and I would highly recommend Road Bear for your RV rental needs! One thing to note, there is no established long-term parking at this location, so I recommend either getting dropped off, or taking an Uber to pick it up and after dropping it off.

Excellent customer service. This was my first time renting an RV. The company has a fairly commendable number of RVs in its fleet. The truck was clean, in good condition and a perfect fit for us. The staff was pleasant and the gentleman at the desk made it look easy. His explanation was on point, and helped me and my family have an excellent first experience. I would recommend calling them, versus reserving online. It might save you a few bucks. Happy trails.

Need better instructions for newbies. A manual for set up and take down and normal settings and usage would be beneficial. We couldn’t get the dang radio to turn off and were subjected to a loud “No station” noise for miles and miles! Tire sensor kept going off and customer service told us to just “watch it.” Okay but what if we are in the boonies when/if they go flat??? Bring your own pillows! These were flat, disgusting and plastic wrapped!! Website says shuttles are offered from the airport (Seattle) to the rental location but when calling to arrange a ride we were told to get an Uber. A travel guide to download from the website with tips and warnings of the surrounding area (ie areas not convenient or safe to take an even a 30’ RV) would have been really helpful and cost saving.

We rented an RV to use as overflow housing over Christmas weekend. The folks at Road Bear were very helpful, our family was able to stay close by, and it cost much less than a hotel room in our area.

This was our third time renting from Road Bear and it was a wonderful experience. Our first rental was a Cruise America, but we realized how much better it was to rent a vehicle with slide outs and the 27' Sunseeker was perfect. No better way to visit our National Parks!
